Apartheid is an Afrikaans term meaning ‘separation’, used in South Africa for the policy used by the Nationalist Government after 1948 and usually rendered into English as ‘policy of separate development’. Apartheid

Limits :
Revelant because of :
- Global study (situations are really different if you are a Palestinian living in Gaza or in Israel State). - Apartheid is not the only crime Palestinians are suffering.
- Fragmentation of Palestinian society - Land dispossession - No freedom of movement - No political rights - Bans on peaceful demonstrations - Status inequalities and discrimination based on origin and religion - Separation of families
