Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being at all ages is essential for sustainable development.
But.... How can we help our body to be healthy?
The WHO proposes:- Eat a healthy diet.- Perform physical exercise.- Go to the doctor in case of any symptoms.AND AT THE WORLD LEVEL:- Reduce the mortality rate due to diseases.- Put an end to epidemics.- Achieve global health coverage. - Support research activities.- Prevention of the use of addictive substances.- Reduce the risk of contagious diseases.
We are going to know the most common diseases that we can find and how to prevent them from being dangerous.
DigestiveSystem
In relation to the Digestive System we can find some diseases. For example:
- Diarrhea or constipation.- Gastroenteritis.- Celiac disease.- Lactose intolerance.- Cow protein intolerance.- Food allergies.- Diabetes.
How can we prevent some of these diseases?
- Wash your hands well before eating.- Respect meal times.- Eat fresh food.- Do not drink carbonated drinks.- Eat foods rich in fiber.- Eat healthy and good food (low sugar and low fat).- Eat slowly and chew your food well.- Brush your teeth after eating.
AND DON'T FORGET: EAT BREAKFAST LIKE A KING, EAT LIKE A PRINCE AND DINNER LIKE A BEGGAR

- Flu.- Respiratory failure.- Pharyngitis- Bronchitis- Asthma.- Allergies.- Lung cancer.
How can we prevent some of these diseases?
- Avoid being in very cold or humid places.- Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze.- Use a handkerchief or mask if you are sick.- Try not to be in places with many people.- Do not expose yourself to sudden changes in temperature.- Wash yourself hands with soap and water or hydroalcoholic gel.- Eat a healthy diet.- Get enough sleep and rest.- Perform physical exercise regularly.- See a doctor if you have any symptoms without self-medication.
