Many types of plants appeared in the 4th century BC. One of them is ginger. Initially, ginger was considered unknown to many people because ginger was difficult to obtain because ginger could not be grown in the wild or needed human assistance to breed. There are several tribes who are interested in breeding and trying to cultivate this ginger plant. After successfully breeding and cultivating it, they found a unique taste and aroma. They began to process ginger into consumption materials such as drinks and cooking spices. There are also those who use ginger as a trading material. After the passage of time, ginger has become healing medicine and is used almost all over the world.

• PT. Sindhu Amritha was first founded by mr. Njoo Thjay Kwee. PT. Sindu Amritha was founded by him based on his experience in the processing of ginger. PT. Sindhu Amritha is also one of the Indonesian independence companies in 1945. • In the middle of 1937, the Company was able to produce 34 kinds of confectionery in various specifications and marketed them to Java, Lampung, Palembang, Sibolga, Medan, and Banjarmasin. • On January 1, 1957, the SIN A Confectionery Company's legal status was changed to a Limited Liability Company using a new name, namely Industries PT. Sindu Amritha. • In 1985, PT. Sindu Amritha received an international award, namely the "International Commerce Award" organized by Edicoin in Madrid, Spain.

PT. Sindu Amritha (Sin A) is a ginger chew factory located in Pasuruan, East Java. First established on June 15, 1935, SIN A produces various kinds of quality ginger candy using selected natural ingredients. Ting Ting Ginger Sin A has been distributed to almost all regions of Indonesia and have also been exported to various countries such as Hong Kong, Australia, Germany, America and England.
