WHAT IS THE INTERNET?

The Internet is a worldwide network of interconnected computers in the form of a spider web. It consists of servers (or "nodes") that provide information to approximately 100 million people who are connected to each other through telephone and cable networks.

Within the most used subtypes in the world are The WI-FI standard and the mobile internet.

TYPES OF INTERNET CONNECTION

There are two main types of internet connection, one is wireless and the other is wired.

Wi-Fi is based on radio waves, exactly like the radio itself, mobile telephony or television. Therefore, Wi-Fi networks transmit information over the air using radio waves.

How does Wi-Fi connectivity work?

Wi-Fi comes from 'Wireless Fidelity', which in Spanish means 'fidelidad inalámbrica'. It is a wireless data transmission technology used for the Internet -mainly- and that is based on the 802.11 standard. In most cases it is used in the domestic environment

It is a broadband Mobile Internet service. This technology makes it possible to get the internet anywhere at any time, provided mobile coverage is available.

what is mobile internet?

We should know that currently the use of the Internet is very important mainly because the pandemic came to change many aspects of our daily life and now the majority of procedures or even receive classes are virtual and can be done from the comfort of our homes.

Personally, I prefer to use the Internet on my cell phone because it is more practical and I can take it to all the places I want but to make presentations or other types of work I prefer to use the Internet from my computer.

As the Internet is a global network, you can access it from anywhere and use it to communicate, work, study, inform, play, entertain, and a host of other activities.
