The implementation of this project involved a tremendous amount of activities. Under the supervision and with the help of teachers, students conducted interviews, translated texts into English, cooperated with their peers from other countries by writing emails and using social networking sites; created surveys, quizzes and presentations. However, the greatest adventure was the virtual exchanges hosted by schools from Lithuania, France and Romania

10 PIECES OF ADVICE HOW TO BE HAPPY

"God is to be worshiped because He is everywhere and in everyone."

“You can always appeal to God in life. He is the One who will listen and advise even in the most difficult and darkest situations."

Faith has many embodiments, so it is worth finding yourself in it, finding your own sources of faith.

ADVICE NUMBER 1: FAITH - BELIEVE

,,Happiness means having my whole family healthy and seeing them happy every day. ''

,,Addiction can be a tunnel without light at the end. When you get addicted, you can turn to your family and to your loved ones for help. They will surely find the solution for your problems.''

Just like the faith and God, your family could bring not only help and support, but also your day-to-day happiness.

ADVICE NUMBER 2:FAMILY - RELY ON YOUR FAMILY

"No one should pursue materialistic things in their lives because true happiness comes from intangible values."

It is very important to build an individual pyramid of values that has to be kept to and respected.

ADVICE NUMBER 3: VALUES - HAVE YOUR VALUES

"Freedom is important in raising a child. Children or teenagers should have the freedom of choice but only parents must be responsible for the entire family."

Freedom has to take a high place in your pyramid of values because it opens up many possibilities and helps with self-development. However, it is worth remembering that freedom has its limits that cannot be stepped over.

ADVICE NUMBER 4: FREEDOM - BE FREE

,,The environment always has a great influence on a person. Despite the conditions, a person always has a choice which people they spend time or live with. Happiness will come much easier if the right circle of closest people is chosen."

A man is free to make a choice and since the fate depends on the choice the person has made, it is important to make the right decision.

ADVICE NUMBER 5: CHOICE - MAKE A CHOICE

,,There is one universal piece of advice: always take a step forward. Never go backwards. All in all, in business, if you are standing on a precipice and you have to jump with a parachute, it is better to take that step forward, even if you do not know how to land, it is much better to take a step forward than to give up."

It is worth looking for something good even in bad situations because an optimistic attitude makes people move forward, they do not stop, they do not pay attention to obstacles and have positive emotions.

ADVICE NUMBER 6: OPTIMISM - BEING OPTIMISTIC

,,Happiness is all around us, we just need to be able to find it. Positive thinking, colours of the beautiful world, happy children and family - I guess that is happiness. Happiness is what you do and what you like doing."

Our surroundings have a great influence on us, so we need to be in an environment where we feel safe and comfortable.

ADVICE NUMBER 7: ENVIRONMENT - FINDING YOURSELF IN YOUR SURROUNDINGS

"Remember that what we are doing today will have consequences in the future." "Work 24/7 - and I'm not kidding here, hard work is the key to achieving something in the life."

Work means a huge effort that produces visible and delightful results, that is why hard work is essential if you want to lead a happy life.

ADVICE NUMBER 8: WORK – WORK HARD

"Singing helps me too, because I love singing and I sing a lot."

Finding yourself through learning new things and being involved in activities that educate and fascinate us is the basis for working on ourselves, and thus - for happiness.

ADVICE NUMBER 9: HOBBY - SHAPE YOUR PERSONALITY THROUGH HOBBIES

“Unfortunately, ordinary verbal advice and admonitions may not work for an addict. Conversations with real witnesses are the most effective here. Their words go to the heart and make you think.”

Experience is the best way to gain knowledge of life. We learn with the help of it what mistakes not to make and how to behave.

ADVICE NUMBER 10: EXPERIENCE - RELY ON EXPERIENCE

REMEMBER!

Appreciate what you have.Be positive, don't worry about small things.Do what you love.

Enjoy the little things.Be yourself.Plan your goals.

Fulfill your own dreams but not the expectations of others.Find out what you really want in life.

Be flexible, strong, brave and not be tied to one vision of happiness. Try to make your dreams come true.

Never give up.Be persistent in your goal.Work hard.Be surrounded by positive people.

Believe in God.Help others.Study, learn, seek knowledge.Trust yourself.

All students were inspired by the idea of the guide and created art works showing their understanding of it.
