Ingredients :1 puff pastry 50g sugarcinamon

Add 25g of sugar on one side of the puff pastry.Do the same thing in the other side.Roll up the puff pastry. Cute piece Bake at 200 (th6) during 18 minutes

Les palmiers

1. Break the eggs and separate the whites from the eggs.2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens.3. Beat the eggs whites into firm snow with the pinch of salt.4. Place the mascarpone in the bowl and whisk it quikly.5. Incorporate the whisk mascarpone into the sugar. 6. Incorporate the snow whites.7. Put the coffee and marsala into a hollow plate.8. Soak quickly the cookies in the marsala-hollow scented coffe, store them at the bottom of a hollow dish.9. Cover the cookies a layer of mascarpane cream place.10. Put a second layer of cookies and finish with a layer of cream smooth the top cover with a food fich and refrigerate for about four hours.11. When serving, sprinkle with cocoa with a fine stainer, seuce very fresh.

ingredients :- 125g butter- 250g flour- 25g sugar- 1 pinch salt and pepper- 8 eggs- 2 table spoons water- 120g smocked bacon- 80g grated cheese- 2 glasses of cold milk

Quiche lorraine

1.Cut the onion in one pan and melt the butter. Add the onion in your pan during 5 minutes. Add the flour and stir. 2.Put 75cl of water in your pan. Cook during 15 minutes and stir from time to time. Put the salt and the pepper in your soup. 3.Preheat your oven at 180°C. Add the grated cheese in your pan and put in the oven for 30 minutes.

TIME PREPARATION : 10minutesTIME FOR COOKING : 6hours1 : add the rice in terrocate terrine, add the salt and the cinnamon.
