should we eat less meat?

we shouldn't eat too much meat, but also not too little. we can eat meat in moderation, so to speak, but we shouldn't overdo it

How often do you eat meat in a week?

i like to eat meat but i shouldn't eat too much because i eat meat almost every day and that should change
