BASIC PRESENTATION

Bing crosby was born on May 3, 1903 in Tacoma. He died on october 14, 1977 in Alcobendas.

He was a leader in record sales radio, ratings and movies revenue from 1926 to 1977. He made over 70 feature films and recorded over 1,600 songs

Crosby won the Academy Awards for best actor for his performance in Goig My Way in 1944. He was nominated for its sequel, The Bells of St.Mary's in 1945.

Crosby was originally a member of a vocal trio called The Three Harmony Aces with Al Rinker. They accompanied on the piano from the pit, to entertain between films.

They had several children: Mary Crosby, Gary Crosby, Harry Crosby, Dennis Crosby, Phillip Crosby, Nathaniel Crosby, and Lindsay Crosby. He had two wives Kathryn Grant (1957-1977) and Dixie Lee (1930-1952).
