Questions

Design the outfit of the Dream School of the Future. Will it be compulsory to wear a uniform? What about the building?

Elsa Maestro

In my opnion, the Dream School of the Future will not have a specific outfit. The people will be able to wear what they want. I think that to wear a uniform shouldn´t be compulsory because with the clothes and accessories you express and reflect yourself and a little bit of your personality. Also, about the Dream School of the Future building has to be very orinigal and creative because when you see it, you will have desires to get in and know as it is.

The outfit of the Dream School of the Future, I think it would be each person wearing the clothes they like, not wearing a uniform because you can't express your personality or what you like. The building I supose it would be very different, with a lot of laptops and computers, books maybe won't be used anymore. Classes would look prettier with couches and the playground would be bigger with more benches and more time to rest. In the sports class mabe we will be allowed to have a short shower or change clothes.Irene SáezC

Principally, I don´t think wearing a uniform is a good idea, because everyone should be able to express themselves and what better way to do it than with clothes? In my opinion a school with uniforms is a grey place, a sad place. A place full of different colours, different styles could be more cheerful! Don´t you think? For the building I feel that we don´t need to replace it all with new gadgets, it would be good to incorporate computers, projectors... but nothing so futurist because we are fine with our class material.I think that´s all! What do you think? Do you agree with me?Olivia GarcíaB

Fashion is very important and everyone has their own style and is free to choose it.In the first place, the school of the future would not have uniforms even though they are very beautiful some people can't feel comfortable because they don't identify with them . In this sense, students would have the chance to wear them or not.In the second place, the building would have to be very original and inspiring to make us want to study and make our dreams come true.To sum up, the school of the future cares about teachers and students' well-being and respects their individuality.daniela s. pt. anselmo

First of all, in my opinion, uniforms are not necessary, in different schools in different countries they have uniform regulations according to what they think is correct but in my dream school, uniforms will not be necessary.Children and teenagers can wear whatever they want and feel comfortable, I think with a more modern designer school, dressing as you like is the best option and it's a lot more fun. Also, the fact that students are more comfortable with their outfits, the school will be a more peaceful place, like a second home. Sarah P - PT

I think students shouldn't wear a uniform in public schools, but in private schools, I think they should because it's more "tacky", but with equal rights, that is, wearing comfortable school clothes like pants, skirts and shirts and not being forced to wear clothes they don't want to wear.Madalena H - Portugal - Anselmo de Andrade

I think that the Dream School Future will not have uniforms. Everyone will wear what they like to wear because they have there own style.About the building. I think that everything is going to be more electronic. Books will become laptops so all tasks will be done digitally.Elma J. - Austria

I don`t think the future schools will have uniforms.Maybe some will but I just think the fashion will change by the years .I also don't think it would last if we have to wear uniforms because so many people would go against it because they want to identify with their clothes. The building I suppose will be more monotones like grey or white and we propably will only work with laptops in every grade.Katharina B.-A

The Dream School of the Future should not have a specific outfit, people should wear whatever they want.As I said, I think that the future schools should not have uniforms. Fashion is another way to express yourself, and a uniform isn't going to do that. In fact, uniforms are made to equalise everyone and in my opinion people should wear whatever they want. About the building, I imagine it as a white and big building, from the inside it would be like a museum with the best of the fashion designes as they were pieces of art. The entrance would have a big and really long red carpet. The classes will be decorated by the teachers, and each of them will have their own class.Oihane P. - KM

I don't agree with what the The Dream School of the Future says, that each one must wear a specific outfit. I think today we should wear the clothes we want. I think that to wear a uniform everyday shouldn´t be compulsory because each one, as I said, should wear whatever they want. One thing that I think I'm absolutely right and that we all think the same, is that with clothes we express who we are, and wearing what we want makes us feel more comfortable.Referring to the building, I think it will be a formal, modern and beautiful. I think that it will have many precious and valuable works. It will have super big and well decorated rooms. Aroa G.- KM

In my design school, it will be obligatory to wear a uniform since that way they will have less problems. They won't have to worry about what to wear to come to work and apart from having a uniform they save time thinking about what outfit to wear.About the building, it will be a building like the ones in Dubai, very big like a skyscraper. I will have the name by which they called me when I was little so that it would have something significant. It will be a building that can be seen from one end to the other with matt colors. Inside it will have 12 floors, 5 for coffee and the others will be for work, each of the rooms on each floor will have a high-end seat.I hope that one day we will meet in my building!!😉😉😉Romaisae Rouain

In my opinion, the School of Future Dreams will have a specific uniform for each school but it will not be mandatory to wear it except for school outings, for example for excursions. On normal days the student can wear whatever they want but the teacher will have to wear a specific gown outfit. The building of the School of Future Dreams will be basic and simple in the corridors, each class will be more original and decorated. The exterior will have a garden yes or yes. On the other hand, since everything will be more digitalized, there will be a giant library with many books and armchairs for people who want to study or rest there.RongRong-KM

I think that at the Dream school of the future the uniform could be compulsory, but it will depend on the decision of the family. Some people will go with the uniform, and other will go without it.I think that anyone could be free to wear anything you want, so if someone is confortable with uniform, could put it on.I think that the building will be comfortable, modern, fashionable, lightly and very big, because it is important to have a big place to bring up our imagination, and a place where we are like at home.Sarai KM

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays the students would wear black androgenous uniforms ( a blouse and wide pants ), on Wednesdays the studens wear pink and on Fridays they can wear whatever they want.It would not be compulsory to wear a uniform but it would be consulted with the studens what would they LIKE to wear; we would take everyone's suggestions in consideration. The bulding would be clean and have lots of space, especcialy for extracurricular activities.Lea Adlesic

I believe that students should be given the choice to wear whatever their hearts desire, which means that everyone could express themselves with their own style. Uniforms would only diminish the students' abitily of self-expression, so I don't think they should be compulsory. The building should be sleek and modern to invoke only the best feelings of students in order to further motivate their young minds.Stella Tomac

In the Dream School of the Future studends could wear anything they want. The clothing would not have gender. Students could express themselves through fashion; if they wanted to wear uniforms they could. In the school there wouldn't be any clothing ban because fashion is form of art and everyone have rights for it. The building would be very futuristic, technology would be everywhere and free to use at any time. It would aslo make you feel at home, full of comfortable furniture and, of course, free snacks. In the classrooms students would have tablets and other technology, such as headphones.Iva Matic

In The Dream School of the Future, every class would have a differet signature color of special suits. Class presidents have to always wear sunglasses of the same color. It will be compulsory to wear uniforms, for the sake of peace and order in the school. The building will be classy and the layout of classrooms will be convinient to the students.Janja Dujic

A baby pink uniform, students can and will participate in the outfit making. If there is a uniform, it will be compulsary to wear it.The bulding would be well organized, clean and simple. The studens would have the ability to decorate it costumize it how they like.Ana Perkovic

I like to make my choices but sometimes I think that a "uniform" offers fewer headaches on the everyday question "what I wear today?" and showing how unique one can be when wearing a uniform means focusing on the face.... g2ilion dimitra

In my dream school we accept every personality and his/her expression so we better have students without uniforms because our appearance is our choice. My dream school should have many spaces, light and cozy corners for students to socialize. I would like a school that is a cultural for our community and having the opportunity to meet there and having activities beyond curriculumg2ilion magda

Personally, I think that uniforms shouldn't be compulsory in the Dream school of the future. Life in the 21st century became all about expressing ourselves through various outputs. Be it clothes, accessories or make-up.As practical as a uniform may be it does certainly limit our self-expression. Sure a lot of the time you don't exactly know what to wear but you still keep the option instead of strictly set pieces of clothing. In my opinion the perfect outfit for any occassion is the one that makes you feel the most comfortable and most confident therefor I would like to carry those feelings over to the Dream school outfit. If you feel your best in sweats and a t-shirt - wear it. If it's jeans and a shirt - sure. What ever you'd like! Feel free to also explore other styles such as minimalistic chic, street style or e-girl. It's all up to you.As for the building - it must be futuristic. The name Dream school of the future demands it! The building should be made of natural materials and it should be a skyscraper of which center is a tree. Each classroom should be customized by the students and the halls filled with artwork and throphies. A lounge area is a must! All students should feel as if their school is a second home where they feel welcomed and accepted. Janja Misic

If you ask me about fashion and uniforms in future schools, I think that uniforms won't be necessary. In future schools, you can wear whatever you want. If you want to wear black, you can wear it. Uniforms were popular in the '90s and the future schools will try to help you find your style. Most people have different tastes and no one wants to look exactly like their school friends. On the other hand, it's easier to wear something that makes you feel comfortable. If we will have a new clothing law, we will also have a new building system. They will be in interesting shapes like a box or a circle, but the school system won't change. Students will hang out with each other, learn and have fun.Mia Z

The outfit of the Dream School of the Future is comfortable and for every day. For example, that can be T-Shirt, pants and sneakers. I am against uniforms. When students wear uniforms they can not express themselves and all of them are the same. Also, students do not need to dress in something improper because that sends the wrong message. In my opinion, buildings will be different. It will be modern and with new technology. Students will spend more time online and will not use books. Maybe it will be popular homeschooling and schools as buildings will be unnecessary.Lora Opancar

I think the school uniform must contain a skirt a jacket and a shirt and a tracksuit for physical education, a short sleeve and a trousers in the summer.I think school uniform should be compulsory. It should consist of three separate buildings. The colors of the buildings should be white, yellow and blue. Each building should have spiraling stairs. There should be a swimming pool and a gym throughout the school. Melek , Tr Kanuni

I think the school should have clothes, but there should be a lot of variety so that people can choose what they want. Because some students may not have clothes that they can wear differently every day. Having that servant outfit reduces the bullying in the school based on appearance.School should be a place where people can develop their imagination. It has a colorful appearance. It would be very nice to have sections that can do what everyone wants.Deniz , Tr Kanuni

I think the school uniform must contain black trousers and a white t-shirt with the school logo and a jacket and a black skirt. Tracksuits for phyisical education lessons.I think School uniform should be mandatory. The school must be of two buildings and a gym. The colors of the buildings should be green, light red and light blue. Three elevators in each building that students can use and a separate elevator for teachers.Sıla , Kanuni, Tr

In my opinion, uniforms are not necessary.Nowadays,in many countries students are not allowed to wear regular clothes but instead they must wear uniforms that their school has chosen.I believe that this should not happen in the Dream School Of The Future because kids should be able to wear whatever makes them comfortable and allows them to express their personality while wearing it.The building will have huge windows everywhere so it can be bright,it will be clean ,organized and also students wil be able to decorate it the way they like.g4ilion elena

In my opinion,I think that students of all schools have to wear uniforms because it is very interesting to see how every student wear its uniform.Everyone can show their personalities with a uniform too. Also each school's uniform have to be different and not monochrome in my opinion. The future school will be very different in my own view. There will be new desks and chairs, colorful and not so usual. All the schools might have big courts and a lot of balls of all sports. Teachers should be younger so they can have better bounds with their students. Students in Dream School Of The Future will have lockers and they can decorate them the way they like itg4ilion vasia

Uniforms will not be mandatory. Everyone will wear what they feel comfortable with. And can spend the whole day at school in comfort.Uniforms will be required to wear only at important events, such as the end of the academic year. The school building will be modern and full of modern technology. From projectors in classes to equipment for students. Each student will be equipped with their own computer and accessories. It will be a necessary teaching aid.Students will be able to take computers home and work on them.Textbooks will not be used in schools, everything will be electronic. Thanks to the modernization of the building's security, students will be able to attend school whenever they need it, thanks to special chips. The building will be very bright and full of daylight and plants.Students and teachers should feel comfortable throughout the day. This will be provided by robots, which will be divided into cleaning, watering flowers, supplementary food vending machines and much more. The building will have a large gym and fitness room, which will be fully equipped and accessible 24/7.Vilma Stankova

I think that everyone has their own style and that makes them who they are. So i think that everyone should wear what they want and what they feel comfortable in. If there were uniforms not everyone would feel good in them and not everyone would like them. But i would probably give everybody the choice if they want to wear the uniform, they can, if they dont, they wouldn´t have to.The uniform would be optional, there would be few pieces of clothes and different versions of it and if you would like to wear the uniform you could put together the pieces you like. There would be skirts, pants, shirts, ties, dresses, shorts, t-shirts, jumpers etc. But they would all be in the colors of the school. Maybe some of the clothes could have darker shades and some would be lighter. The uniforms would look formal but not too much. Like that you would create your own original uniform that you like and feel good wearing it.So everyone who would decide to wear the uniform would still look at least a bit different from each other. The building should be modern, have a lot of windows and technology. In the corridors there could be some couch, chairs and vending machines with food and drinks. The building should also have big garden or some space outside where students could go when they have break between clasess or lunch break. And also a big canteen where you could pick from few options of food for lunch.Klara Sachrova

I think in The Dream School of the Future there won't be school uniforms. I think students will have given specific outfit guidelines, but they will be able to interpret it in their own fashion style. For some events outfit guidelines will change, so they will be able to express themselves more. In my opinion the building might be more colorful or kept in old style. Maybe style of it will be different for schools preparing for different professions. Małgorzata Staroń

Also, the fact that students are more comfortable with their outfits, the school will be a more peaceful place, like a second home.Sarah P - PT I fully agree. I think that being a fashion and design school, it would be nice if teachers and students could have their own style and not be forced to wear uniforms. Although I would also take into account that there are people who feel more comfortable in uniform, so I would create some uniforms in case of emergency.Ekram Lamrabet
