Penny: Hey, I hear you got accepted to grad school Carl: Yeah! I got into MSU and Bracken Tech. Penny: Congratulations! So where are you going to go? Carl: I don’t know I got a full scholarship to Bracken Tech, but I think MSU has better engineering department. Penny: Well, if I were you, I’d take the scholarship.
