You will meet our hostesses. They will be happy to give you your keys if all the administrative documents are completed.

We are available to answer your questions and advise you on activities in the Maurienne.

Inform the hostesses of your departure time before the end of your stay. This will save administrative time and therefore reduce your wait at the reception.

Handover of keys & late arrivals: everything you need to know

• ARRIVALS OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS

🔔 Notify the hostesses to arrange the administrative arrangements

🗝 They will have previously deposited your apartment key in the safe (no code required) located in the lobby

🅿️ When you arrive, take the small rise on the right of the residence to access the reception or your key box. The key opens all the access doors of the residence.

🗣 Come to the reception during opening hours to settle the administrative formalities

🗝 Put the key and the beeper (if garage) in the white box located outside the reception

• ARRIVALS DURING OPENING HOURS

☺️ The hostesses will be pleased to welcome you at the reception
✓ If all your documents have been correctly completed and signed later, only the payment of the tourist tax can be requested

🗝 Once you have your keys in hand, you have two options:

1️⃣ Retrace your steps and follow the same route as when you arrived (by the small climb)

• COVERED PARKING - CLOSED GARAGE (EXTRA)

🎁 Offer yourself the serenity of vacations and park your "TITINE" (the French often name their car like that) in the warmth, sheltered from frost and snow storms 🚗

🗝 Take your keys and BIP at the reception desk, procedure explained above

When you leave your vehicle, you will push the door of your vacation 🏔

The elevator or the stairs will allow you to reach your apartment serenely and easily...
