Intention: This workshop allowed participants to understand the differences among the concepts of Sex, Sexual Identity, and Gender Identity. They also familiarized themselves with terminology related to gender and got tips on how to create a gender-inclusive classroom. Special Guest Speaker: Eva Kudzman-Blais, certified sexologist (RSB)

Social Integration WorkshopDecember 2, 2021
Intention: The focus of this workshop was on behaviour challenges in SI, SVI, and adult ed contexts. More specifically, how to analyze, predict, and support students in crisis. The workshop covered severely challenging behaviours, multimodal (or bio-psycho-social) approach, de-escalation grids, positive approach, and anxiety/coping strategies.
