If you eat too many junk food you can become obese.
When you are obese it is more likely to develop cardiac diseases or diabet or some cancer.

To be a diet healthy you should avoid junk food.
It's better to eat fruits or vegetables and sugar in small quantities.
You mustn't eat between meals.

Foods you must include in your diet are vegetables ( brocoli, avocado...), fruits ( pear, apple...), beans, fish, eggs, pasta, rice, salmon, chicken, fork chops, cheese, meat...
Foods you should stay away from chicken nuggets, crisps, sweets, chocolate bars, fizzy drinks like ice tea or coca cola.
You must limit your consumption of hot dog, pancakes, chips, pizza, burger and butter.

For the different meals you have to eat : vegetables, fruits,
grains in small quantities, meat or chicken or fish, and a dairy.
For the lunch you must eat :

  • To begin 3 or 4 eggs
  • Pasta
  • Fish
  • Carrots
  • Spinnach
  • Mango
  • Yogurt
