The Culture in Our Lives

The Culture in Our Lives
After discussing about that we realized that we learned about different cultures around the world mostly from our textbooks in English lessons, the advantage of English lessons is that we usually had the liberty to work through different subjects. During the year we were exposed to different English-speaking cultures from within the textbooks.
Today as education students we learn about different cultures using books, videos, and different texts like articles and poems. We even had specific courses focusing on cultures aiming to enrich our knowledge and understanding.
We believe that culture should be an integral part of young children's studies during their school years and encourage the students to explore the issue themselves and relate to it as much as possible.
