Outgoing-Process

This step is necessary in order to get all the important information about the upcoming steps for your stay at one of the Eucor partner universities.

Please use the current Learning Agreement and take note of the explanations.

Before the stay: Have this signed by the responsible person of the KIT faculty (subject coordinator) and by the responsible person of the host university.

• Semester mobility: You spend a whole semester or year full-time at an Eucor partner university. During this period, you only take courses at the partner university.
• Individual mobility: You take one (or more) course(s) at one (or more) Eucor partner university(ies). In the same semester, you also attend courses at KIT. For example, it is possible to attend a block seminar, an internship or a weekly course at a partner university.

• Before you start your Eucor studies, you can apply for a travel allowance. You can do this in the Mobility Online portal. A travel allowance can also be applied for extracurricular offers, internships and special Eucor events.
• Depending on the availability of funds, travel costs (usually regional train, one round trip per week) can be reimbursed up to 100%.

After the end of the course or the end of the Eucor mobility, you have to upload the supporting documents and a proof that you have participated in the courses (Transcript of Records, Certificate of Participation) in the Mobility Online portal.

• University of Strasbourg : 1er semestre (September - Dezember), 2nd semestre (Januar - Mai)
