How to become one in the USA

  • education with a bachlor´s degree with any specialisation
  • study (4-6 years), which leads to a Master´s degree
  • during this time, several internships in which one accompanies certain therapies (1000-1500 hours)
  • ends with licensing examination
  • another intership (1500 hours)

-> get a licence from admissions office

but in addition you have to train every year in order to be up to date with the latest approvals

No obligatory health insurance

each state has its own rules for certain laws
