Info

Erasmus + project FCL focuses on digitalization after the COVID-19 pandemic and new and innovative ways of learning and teaching in the age of Education 4.0. The activities to be carried out for the development of digital learning resources and contents, and the use of digital learning resources developed at all stages of education and training activities form the basis of our project.

Short Description

The main objectives are to fill the digital competence gap of the participants, to provide them with digital tools and make it easier to develop or update their digital competences, to develop communication and cooperation skills with EU institutions. The practical knowledge gained through this project directly covers digital tools. The project recognizes the importance of promoting partners' 21st century skills, technological skills, critical thinking skills, teamwork skills, and international awareness of teachers and students. We want teachers and students to be more involved in digital education, make a more conscious and positive contribution to digitalization, and realize our objectives that contribute more use of technology in education at the end of the project. As objectives for teachers, we aim to demonstrate what the digital competence and digital competence framework, develop competencies in web tools, increase language skills in the target language, improve communication and collaboration skills in teachers, communicate with foreign teachers for cultural interaction and sharing, improvement of the information technology skills of our teachers and students by ensuring mutual discovery of digital educational materials, help teachers to address the risks, opportunities and consequences of digitization and improvement of the participant's ability to adapt to changes.

Objectives

As objectives for institutions, we aim to increase the capacity of partner institutions by improving their digital literacy levels, develop the democratic educational process and active citizenship at schools; empower institutions in digital education, the ability to use Web 2.0 tools in the distance education process, communicating with foreign teachers for cultural interaction and sharing, helping institutions to address the risks, opportunities and consequences of digitization. As objectives for students, we are planning to increase language skills in the target language, provide economical, easy and fast access to educational content for students with fewer opportunities, use the benefits of digitalization to improve students' learning outcomes ; During the project process, we aim to develop a Guideline for Future Classroom as an Intellectual Output and a Digital Education Needs Analysis , Digital Education Materials and applications and e-Learning Portal. As concrete results, we plan to produce educational interactive games produced with presentations, event / idea collections, feedback on activities, "FCL DIGITAL" e-magazine, evaluation documents, participation certificates and web tools. In addition, we aim to make a Green Travel Plan and make a contribution to the preservation of nature using things less. With green travel, we aim to increase awareness of respecting ecology and reduce the negative effects of human beings on nature through responsible behavior and regulations. We want to reduce, reuse and recycle while travelling.

Objectives

Classes will be more interactive and students will be more motivated and involved in their own education process. We hope to be able to create the environment in our schools with our students and their families at home, and that the school is not a place with a roof surrounded by only 4 walls.

Participants will gain knowledge and skills for the use of digital tools and develop the competencies needed in the digital age. We believe that teachers and students will be more involved in digital education, will contribute to digitization more consciously and positively, and technology will be used more widely in education at the end of the project.

Our partners recognize the importance of the project that supports teachers' and students' 21st century skills, technological skills, critical thinking skills, teamwork skills, and international awareness.

Within the scope of the fight against Covid-19, our schools will first make a striking contribution in terms of educational materials, digital applications and programs, different education and teaching methods and techniques, in which students and teachers are involved outside the school.

we hope that this project will contribute to sustainable digital education, improve our teachers and students in digitization and innovation, and evolve and improve teaching methods and techniques in partner schools in favor of technology and digitization.

all these stages will be shared among all partners, increasing the quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and followup of EU projects.

What will we obtain as a result of Activities?

Expected Results

All participants will be awarded with a Europass Mobility Certificate and partners will be able to use these documents to prove their competence gained during their study abroad and participate in dissemination activities as educators.

We will produce educational interactive games, a website, a blog, Twinspace page, a virtual exhibition (artsteps), teachers wakelette platform, e-magazine (FCL DIGITAL), an e-book, presentations as concrete results, activity/idea collections, feedback on activities, start-up and evaluation documents (Zumpad,videos), participation certificates and web tools.

What will we obtain as a result of Activities?

Expected Results

We will use the eTwinning environment to interact with European institutions and share with them our project experiemces as well as to develop new ones and to find new educational opportunities. We will also use eTwinning to implement the project with Twinspace, collaborate with partners and develop the project online. We will actively use eTwinning to file our concrete outputs (especially teaching materials) created within it.

eTwinning is a community created for schools in Europe to communicate, collaborate, develop and share projects. In short, it provides a platform for staff (teachers, principals, librarians, etc.) working in one of the participating schools in European countries to feel and be a part of the most exciting learning community in Europe.

eTwinning in FCL

Teachers and students involved in the project will benefit from the tools and services offered by eTwinning, especially ICT skills in the field of their development, and learn many examples of web 2.0 tools throughout the project. After the successful completion of the project the partners will apply for the European quality label. In this sense, partner organizations have gained experience in eTwinning professionals. We have teachers and students working on etwinning. In addition, eTwinning project clubs will be established in partner schools. A new Etwining project with our project name will be created and implemented parallelly with the Erasmus one.

eTwinning in FCL

Transnational project meetings: two Transnational project meetings (in Poland and Turkey) Partners will discuss the results and work together for 2 days; They will attend these meetings to agree on the main achievements and the steps to be taken for the result and to discuss whether the foreseen project objectives have been achieved. These meetings and logistical planning by the host countries (Poland and Turkey) will be managed. To fully assess this limited number of TPM's, partners will be represented by a project manager and a legal representative and a selected educator. Horizontal issues such as dissemination and financial accounting, which are always high on the agenda of the meetings, will be discussed and managed during all the above meetings. In all cases, communication management will be led by the partner responsible for a specific result / activity / event and monitored by the project coordinator. This will be helpful and supportive in establishing an efficient communication way and establishing a healthy communication between partners.

TPM's

We will organize 5 Learning Teaching Training activities in total. It will be certainly an immaterial added value, plenty of experiences and activities. All LTTAs are crucial for teachers and trainers to use e-learning platform applications correctly and with it full potential in their classroom, to test different platforms in a creative way in their classes and to prepare new educational resources for online teaching. Within the scope of the project, there will be many extensive digital and ICT tools to give lectures and to make presentations about. The content of each LTTA will be prepared in details.

Multiplier Events

In Turkey, Poland and Romania we will organize Multiplier Events on "Teaching in the Future Classroom!" in January 2024.Final TPM will last two days and Multiplier Event will last one day, so representatives of partner institutions will stay for 3 days in Turkey, in order to take part in the ME as well, as guest speakers, along with Turkish experts. Participants will explore ICT tools in a practical way. Hands-on workshops and collaborative group work will allow participants to understand and assimilate the content actively.
