FALLING OBJECTS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Pay attention to the nominal load capacity of the lifting medium and the balancing of the materials. Do not allow the load capacity of the shelves to be exceeded. Establish the prohibition of being placed under the suspended loads. Information on the correct use of the means of elevation and transport of loads. Ensure the stability of stacking, fastening or firmly anchoring the shelves to solid elements, placing the heaviest loads on the low shelves. Perform periodic maintenance of equipment (trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, etc.)

FALLS AT DIFFERENT OR SAME LEVEL PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Sort the tools into panels or boxes, and the materials that are needed to work. Each thing in its place and a place for each thing. Install non-slip floors and steps for easy cleaning and disinfection. Fix the floors in poor condition. Keep the passage areas clear and illuminated, eliminating dirt and obstacles against which you can trip. Raise awareness among workers of the maintenance of order and the cleanliness of their jobs. Wear appropriate footwear, with non-slip soles. Eliminate electrical cables, ducts and pipes in workplace areas. Mark and signal obstacles that cannot be removed Place in the lofts and elevated work areas, railings with intermediate slat and skirting boards. Cover any openings in the floor or place railings. Prohibit the use of unsafe elements to reach high places.

ENTRAPMENTS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Protect the dangerous part of the machines with mobile guards Place accessible emergency switches that allow the machine to be stopped in safe conditions. Use of machinery only by personnel designated by the company, with training and information on its dangers. Buy safe machines and tools, which have the CE marking. Comply with the safety standards indicated by the manufacturer.

INJURIES AND BLOWS WITH MACHINERY AND TOOLS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Buy safe machines and tools, which have the CE marking. Comply with the safety standards indicated by the manufacturer. Protect the cutting part of the machines with movable guards Use tools with well-designed handles (handguards) Use of machinery and tools only by personnel designated by the company, with training and information on their risks. Periodically check that the protective devices are effective Wear the personal protective equipment, with CE marking that is necessary in each operation (e.g. safety glasses in sewing operations) The tools will be used according to their function, keeping them in good condition. Store cutting tools in suitable covers and/or supports. Avoid or remove sharp edges or edges

FALLING OBJECTS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Pay attention to the nominal load capacity of the lifting medium and the balancing of the materials. Do not allow the load capacity of the shelves to be exceeded. Establish the prohibition of being placed under the suspended loads. Information on the correct use of the means of ele- vación and transport of loads. Ensure the stability of stacking, fastening or firmly anchoring the shelves to solid elements, placing the heaviest loads on the low shelves. Perform periodic maintenance of equipment (trucks, pallet trucks, forklifts, etc.)

MANUAL HANDLING OF LOADS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Use the available mechanical means of load handling. Respect the maximum loads according to sex and age. Handle loads with the help of auxiliary means (forklifts, pallet trucks) or with the help of other people.

AWKWARD POSTURES AND REPETITIVE MOVEMENTS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Ergonomic design of workstations, analysing work procedures. Select work tools with adequate design to avoid forced postures and overexertion. Enable changes in posture and breaks, alternating tasks if feasible. Perform basic stretching exercises of the most affected areas of the body. Place tools and other means of work at your fingertips.

ELECTRIC RISK PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: The insulation of the electrical cables must be in perfect condition. Use grounding systems in combination with differential switches and thermal magneto. Avoid the use of thieves in power outlets. Periodic examinations of the electrical installation by authorized personnel, as well as repairs. In case of breakdown, disconnect the voltage, remove the plug and communicate the damage for repair. Do not use electrical appliances with swollen hands and disconnect equipment before cleaning.

NOISE PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Buy machines and work equipment with CE marking, taking into account the level of noise they produce. Carry out proper maintenance of machines and tools. Isolate noise sources, installing them as far away from work areas as possible. Reduce exposure time through work shifts. Delimit and signal the areas of exposure to noise.

CONTACT BURNS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Separate dangerous areas with risk of contact and mark the area properly. Thermally insulate hot surfaces. Use CE marked personal protective equipment in case of handling hot objects or surfaces.

CONTACT WITH CHEMICALS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Use substances with the same properties but that are less dangerous. Store chemicals in suitable, well-ventilated places, signaling their location and keeping them in their original packaging. Require the manufacturer to provide the safety data sheets for the products. Avoid contact with the skin by using appropriate mixers, paddles or gloves. Arrange and use personal protective equipment according to the requirements for its use and the safety data sheet of the products.

FIRE PREVENTIVE MEASSURES Prohibit smoking throughout the enclosure. Control and avoid the concentration of dusts, resins and fibers in suspension by localized extraction. Place fire extinguishers suitable for the fire class, maintenance of fire equipment and periodic simulated evacuation exercises. Have only the necessary amount of flammable materials and fuels for the day's work, the rest will be in storage or independent premises isolated and ventilated

PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS PREVENTIVE MEASSURES: Clearly distribute tasks and competencies. Plan the different jobs of the day, taking into account a part for unforeseen events. Perform breaks or alternation of tasks to avoid the monotony of work.
