AZALOREA BEXAMELAREKIN

Bexamela:1. Mantekilla lapiko batean hurtu, eta hirina bota. 2. Pixka bat nahastu eta egosi, baina bero asko hartu gabe. 3. Esnea gehitu pixkanaka eta 15 minutuz egosi hagatxo batekin galditu gabe nahasten dugun bitartean pikorrak kentzeko. 4. Gatza eta piperbeltza bota gustora.

Azalorea:1. Azalorea garbitu urarekin, hostoak eta enborra kenduz. 2. Floreteak tamaña berdineko piezetan moztu eta ura irakiten daukan lapiko batean sartu. 3. PROCEDURE BECHAMEL 1. Melt the butter on a pot and add flour. 2. Mix a little bit and boil it, but a not a lot. 3. Put bechamel below and above the foils and add grated cheese. 6. Boil the foils on the oven on 220 degrees about 10-15 minutes long, while it has heat below and above.
