Personal opinion

In my opinion, León is a city that you have to visit someday, because it has a lot of historic buildings, like the basílica de san Isidoro, the Museo Casa Botines, the Catedral de León... most of them are related with the romanic history that left a big legacy behind. And that's the main reason I recommend it, because you can learn a lot by just seeing the buildings. Also, you can eat in a huge variety of restaurants, so if you think you won't find any place that you like, have for sure that you're wrong. As well, you can taste a lot of foods and if you like them, you'll know where to eat next time.
