Discrimination : unfear treatment applied to certain persons, groups or minorities because of their origin, name, sex, age, physical appearance or membership in a movement.
Deschooling : a three-stage process that begins with repeated absences of the student and then can lead to dropping out of school, which can end with the student's total withdrawal from the school.

CONCLUSION
There are many reasons why kids and teenagers have to quit school. However, it doesn't mean they didn't have instruction, or will to suceed. Instead of letting them being marginalized, we have to think school differently.
