West Side Story :

- American musical

- created by Jerome Robbins an american choregrapher, theatre producer, director and dancer.

- the musics and the songs were created by Stephen Sondheim an American composer and Leonard Bernstein an american composer and conductor

- the choregraphy were created by Jerome Robbins.

- inspired of the famous Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet

The musicals take place in New York, in the Upper West Side, in the 50's. It is about two gangs, the Jets and the Sharks,. They are rival. And one day, the sister of the Shark's chef and the ex Jets's member are going to fall in love with each other. But their love is going to be difficult because of the two gang's rivality.
