A ball game called "Cuju" ( litteral meaning : kick ball) was created approximately in 200 before Christ as an exercise for soldiers, there weren't goals or even a winner at the end of the game, just a military training. It was played with feet and without hands, like football. Chinese were the first ones to practice a form of football. Similar games were also played at the same time in Japan ( Kemari) and in Korea.

On October 26th 1863, a pub in London called Freemason's Tavern welcomed several football clubs during a meeting to create the rules of a new sport. A man who came from Rugby, a city in the north of England saud th it was a good idea to play with hands too, but most of people didn't agree, that's how football and rugby became two differnts sports. 8 years later, FA cup was crated, that was the first national football competition in the world.

Greeks and Roman people also played ball games, one of them was called harpastum ( Aporrhaxis in greece) and others involved the use of feets. These sports were probably the sames as Rugby Football or at least very similar.

46 years after the cration of FA CUP in england, football was very popular in France and the France Cup was created too but most of the french clubs couldn't compete durng the first edition because of the First World War ( a huge number of men were fighting and couldn't play football). 13 years later, in 1930 the first world cup happened in Uruguay.
