She was born at the 2. November 1755. With her 14 siblings and her parents, queen maria theresa and emperor franz the first, she grew up in one of the most powerful families in europe.

when she was 14 years old, marie antonette had to marry louis auguste. on may 16, 1770 she married the future king ludwig the 16th

marie antonette was a very musical person. she was able to play the harpsichord and harp at a young age. But she was too lazy for school, often avoided classes and showed no inclination to concentrate or do the homework.
when she was queen her behavior didn't change. she was constantly spending money and starving her people. she made mean remarks and once said to the people when they complained that they had no bread they should just bake cakes.
but when she noticed one day that the population was just booing her, she wanted to change something. she wanted to do without costly affairs and there were no more games of chance in the salon. she avoided all kinds of gatherings and withdrew to the closest family circle

Also King Louis XVI. spoke out against the revolution. For this he received the death penalty in January 1793. Marie Antoinette was found guilty of treason and fornication a few months later and publicly executed on October 16, 1793.
