• escort and support the refugees in getting the tickets

When Reisezentrum is CLOSED (opening hours 6:00-21:00)1. look up the route on your phone and let the refugees take a picture2. help the refugees get a ticket at the DB station (destination German city)3. show the refugees the sign for "Reisezentrum" (let them take a picture)4. ticket to final international destination needs to the "purchased" in a German station on the next day (during a longer layover)
