Write down all the ideas that come to mind


Divide your ideas into two opposing parts + in each part, order your ideas into a logical order detailed plan


In your introduction: introduce the subject + ask the question

In your conclusion: answer the question

Think of the type of silly errors you tend to make. For example, check that:

- you haven't forgotten the "s" in the simple present 3rd person singular

- you haven't put any "s" to the adjectives

- you have used the appropriate pronoun for non-humans: "which" and not "who", "it" and not "he" or "she"

- you haven't used two modals in succession,...

Think of examples to illustrate ideas.

Use speech markers to connect ideas:

- Ordering ideas: First, Secondly, Lastly

- Adding new ideas: Moreover, In addition, Besides, Furthermore

- Developping an idea: Indeed

- Introducing opposing ideas: However, Yet, Nevertheless, On the other hand

- Concluding: In conclusion, To conclude, All things considered, All in all
