WHAT HAS SARAH HALL WRITTEN?

Sarah Hall has written many books, some of them being: Burntcoat, the Wolf Boarder, and How to Paint a Dead Man. She also wrote a book called Haweswater, which describes the calculated dispossession of a community of Cumbrian tenant hill-farmers, making way for a reservoir that will swallow their ancient rural valley in order to succour modern urban thirst. This won the 2003 Common Wealth Writers Prize!

WHERE HAS SHE BEEN?

Hall has been to South Turkey, in Asia, for a writing course to be inspired by the people and the beautiful scenery...
