So let’s beging.

First of all I will talk about how people do this sport.

Surfing is the sport of cimbling surfing is an individual physical pratice of sliding on the waves, at the

edge of the ocean. Surfing is raticed on beaches which are bathed by more or less large waves and

conductive to sliding.

To continue, it is important to have sprcialized equipement for is surfing .

Surfing praticed standing on a short board as opposed to other gliding disciplines on the waves such as longboard, body board, bodysurf, skimboard, stand up paddle windsurf. Surfin gis praticed on beaches which are bathed by more or less large waves and conductive to sliding .Practitioners are « surfers »without distinction of level or type of pratice.

Next I will talk about the danger.

Is surfing dangerous ?

1. The surfer furthest inside the waves has priority

3. Don't let go of your board doing "ducks"

Surefer need to follow satefety guidelines to keep safe. Here is a list:

Head injuries are also common among surfers. So, we advise you to wear a helmet which could, save your life in the event of a serious accident. Open wounds are also quite common, due to the drifts of the surfboard but also its pointed.

FINALLY I WILL TALK ABOUT WHY PEOPLE DO ICE SURFING

Whether physical, since practiced regularly, surfing will guarantee better endurance, better recovery, muscle strengthening, improved balance and agility, weight loss, better posture, or even a reduction in risk of chronic diseases. Surfing is a perfect sport. Especially when the weather, tides, swell and wind are right, you get that perfect wave and you feel on top of the world, not just during that moment because it's a magical moment that you can keep inside you.
