Made by: Ana Isabel Hernández Guerrero.
Cuevas de Altamira
Cuevas de Nerja
The oldest cave paintings in Europe are in Cantabria, Altamira and El Castillo, the latter being more than 40,000 years old. Also those of the caves of Nerja, in Malaga, could date from that same time, which makes them the oldest works of art in the world.Spanish art is internationally recognized for several reasons: it is varied, innovative and exciting, and includes many works that personify that quality of art that leaves the viewer in awe.
