How to be a magistrate ?
first stage to have a bac + 5
then go to a faculty of law and political science
then, you should pass a competition to enter the school of magistracy
finally, go through training with magistrates or lawyers
What is the salary of a magistrate ?
the salary of a magistrate is two thousand five hundred euros at the start of his career and up to eight thousand after a few years of experience
What is the purpose of a magistrate ?
The magistrate is responsible for applying and stating the law. He can only pronounce his judgment after having studied the file as objectively as possible and heard the parties present their arguments. Generally speaking, the job of the magistrate is to enforce the law.
