195 grams of flour

100 grams of butter

1 pinch of baking soda

1 egg

100 grams of sugar

100 grams of cane sugar

200 grams of chocolate drops

1 pinch of salt

Ingredients

rubber spatula

a spoon

1) Cream together the butter, the sugar, the cane sugar and the pinch of salt.
2)Mix everything with the electric whisk, then add the egg.
3) When all is absorbed, add the flour and the baking soda and until you obtain an homogeneous mix.
4) Add the chocolate drops and mix with the spatula, then do rolls with the spoon.
5) Put the rolls into the oven at 190 degrees C for 13-15 minutes, and at the end cooking leave cools. Finaly eat them.
