Also Chicago is famous because of the big basketball team that is called Chicago Bulls,that it had the best team during the 90s.

It is not a traditional or popular gastronomy, since there is no differentiated gastronomy in California as such, but rather, a style of cuisine created by several Californian chefs between the 1970s and 2000s
