What I look for in a job
Having a job that has a sense of security and stability, makes me worry about one less thing because I know I will have a job or even a great recommendation when I get a different job Making me grow as a person is important because I'm not a confident person but working in the industry where I have to show confidence, will help me in the future with how I look and feel about myself As well as focusing on profits, a company needs to care about my well being because when I'm feeling my best that is when I'm the most productive meaning that the company will get more out of me Having somewhere that I enjoy going to is key because its more likely that I will come into work
Why?
I left that job and started at my current job, I've been at this job for about 9 months now and I have been able to grow with the business. I went from being a team member to being a manager on duty. The job has such a family feeling, that it when I get called into work during week days (on my day off) I don't mind going in becauseI know I won't be depressed because it somewhere I enjoy being. The company cares about our well being and are very supportive of our dreams and aspirations.
I worked at one job for a year, where I hated it and didn't like going in much. I worked weekends only because I didn't want to be there too many days of the week because I truly hated working there. Within that year, I made no progress and didn't have any opportunity to grow within the industry
