Who I am?

The reason why I decided to try this is that I'm convinced that this school needs someone like me who is optimistic and role model in all area

my reason for doing it

i will try to create a comfortable atmosphere and build a healthy and stable relationship with my team because it would give more of an understanding of each other In my opinion it is the best way to be a team as it would give a chance for them to speak up on their ideas and also team building

how will i engage with my team

I will motivate students and my team by showing them that nobody is perfect and everyone makes mistakes and its ok to do that, I want to show them that even though it's a new start to the school year and that even though the couple of years have been difficult it will get better and we will get through this as we are a community

i would put strategies in place o support victims of bullying .I would make sure student know where they can go to get help and feel confident in athing for help .i would use the student supporters for this.secondly i would use student leader to promoto mental health awarness and give advice to students suffering with mental health issue as thin affects student grades, friendships and confidence ,which is important for a healthy school life.

What Legacy I want to leave in my opinion it's a strange question but I'll answer this as truthfully as I can. The Legacy I want to leave is for people to remember me as someone who tries and wasn't perfect but tries to help the school and build a comfortable environment for the students and teachers, an environment where a school is a place where students can explore and create but also be confident in themselves, but also for the students to speak up on there they might believe deserve more attention. In my opinion, I feel like it creates more of a community in the school for example I am assumed as being very cheerful and talkative on the inside I am very scared and not very talkative because of that that has stopped me from doing a lot of things that would have helped me. I don't want students to feel that way, I want students to embrace their weaknesses to feel confident. I also want students to know that there is always someone who can protect them to help them, support them, listen to them. That is the impact and legacy I want to leave in Brookfield community school
