The company aims to always work in a good mood
and harmony, and each employee practices clear,

When decisions have to be taken, during meetings

give their opinion whether it is favorable or not. And
these opinions are taken into account when making

Our company has 66 employees, 6% of whom are disabled workers, so this respects
the mandatory 5%.What makes our company special is that the sexes are as equal
as possible, 48% are men and 52% are women.Gender equality is one of the most
important principles in our company, it has multiple values but this is by far the most
important of all.
The employees have a particular working method since they work in groups of 6
employees, men and women mixed.Each of its 11 teams have a different
specialty.Some take care of the diagnosis of the application, others on the security of
the discussions, still others on the confidentiality of the data.
Schedules are a sensitive subject since they are very flexible for our company
because we do not impose fixed schedules for each employee, they know that they
must be at least 1 week per month in the company and the rest is as they wish.Our
only concern is that the work is done correctly, whether it's by the sea, in a bed or in
the office, we don't care, the important thing is that the employee feels good there.
