- What is the value of making this digital?
- Is it scaleable ?
- What are the challenges with the current approach?
- When do learners need to be trained? A good digital learning programme takes time to develop. It can be turned around quickly but then the benefits of making learning digital are reduced.
- How future proof is the content? if the content will change in the first couple of months after lerning is released if might be best to consider the types of digital learning content. It takes time to develop & make changes.
