Food
Indian cuisine consists of a variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to the Indian subcontinent. Given the diversity in soil, climate, culture, ethnic groups, and occupations, these cuisines vary substantially and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits.
Clothes
Clothes vary according to the ethnicity, geography, climate and traditions of the people of each region of India. Men's and women's clothing have evolved from simple garments such as kaupina, langota, achkan, lungi, sari, gamcha to elaborate costumes used daily but also to celebrations, ceremonies, and dances.
