In our time, people have spent much more time watching television than reading. Television offers more and more ways to enrich oneself in terms of culture thanks to series and films that retrace the past.
We can ask ourselves to what extent can TV help us to better understand historical events. In te first part, we are going to analyse at the broadcasts of the series using the platforms. In the second part, we will be interested in series that highlight real events, for this we will study The Crown and Peaky Blinders. in a last part, we will see how television and series can promote and support existential causes such as Black Lives Matter.
