Proiectul nostru a fost conceput ca o necesitate de sensibilizăre cu privire la protecția, gestionarea durabilă și conservarea patrimoniul nostru marin, Acest mic dicționar vă invită într-o scurtă incursiune de a descoperi lumea mirifică a Mării Negre. Marea Neagră este o mare intercontinentală, situată între Europa sud-estică şi Asia Mică, un rest al Mării Sarmatice, care prin strâmtorile Bosfor-Marea Marmara-Dardanele comunică cu Marea Mediterană şi mai departe cu oceanul planetar, iar prin strâmtoarea Kerci cu Marea Azov, care este de fapt o anexă a ei.România are litoral cu Marea Neagră în sud-est, pe o distanţă de 245 km, alături de ţările riverane Bulgaria, Georgia, Rusia, Ucraina și Turcia. Dicționarul nostru este simplu și practic, cu numeroase imagini și poate fi folosit la clasă într-un mod dinamic și inovator, ceea ce este interesant atât pentru profesori, cât și pentru elevi.
