Hobby is considered to be a regular activity that is done for enjoyment, typically during one's leisure time.

WHAT IS HOBBY?

Sport is any form of competitive ,physical activity or game that aims to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants and, in some cases, entertainment to spectators.

what is sport ?

Sara -Corsica I do boxing .My sport helps me be more agile and control my strength and improve my physical and mental condition.It is important to play sports or have a passion because by not communicating with people or not having a social life, one can enter a vicious circle and fall into depression

Merce-Spain I think sport is a great way to relax and relieve stress. I play padel and I feel happier and more relaxed after a match.
