POLÍTICA DE RESERVAS Y PENALIDADES

• ESCUELA AVES DE SALENTO considera confirmada una RESERVA cuando el cliente pague un depósito inicial del 50% o la totalidad del servicio, y el saldo restante 10 días antes de la prestación del mismo. Después de realizar el pago inicial acordado según la actividad, nosotros le enviaremos por vía email la CONFIRMACIÓN DEL SERVICIO con todos los detalles del tour y otros documentos en caso de ser necesarios para el desarrollo del tour.
• Si existe una cancelación de la reserva sin justificación alguna se hará efectiva una penalidad sobre el valor de la reserva de acuerdo a los tiempos señalados a continuación:
• Cancelaciones recibidas mayor a 30 días antes del inicio del viaje, el 50% del depósito será devuelto y el cliente asume los gastos bancarios que se generen en la transacción.
• Cancelaciones recibidas entre 29 y 15 días antes del inicio del viaje, tendrán una penalidad del 30% sobre el valor total del programa.
• Cancelaciones recibidas 14 a 5 días antes del viaje, tendrá una penalidad del 50% sobre el valor total del programa.
• Cancelaciones recibidas 5 antes del viaje y la no presentación de los pasajeros (NO SHOW) al inicio del programa, tendrá una penalidad del 100% sobre el valor total del programa.

Nota: En caso de no uso del servicio por causa justificada (muerte, hospitalización, accidente debidamente certificado) se realizará la devolución del 80% del dinero cancelado.

• ESCUELA AVES DE SALENTO se acoge a la Ley 300 donde se reserva el derecho de valorar razones de fuerza mayor para la no participación en la actividad reservada y/o contratada. Así mismo como las circunstancias que pueden dar origen a una solicitud de devolución del dinero.

RESERVATIONS AND PENALTY POLICY

• ESUELA AVES DE SALENTO considers a RESERVATION confirmed when the client pays an initial deposit of 50% or the totality of the service, and the remaining balance 10 days before the service is provided. After the initial payment according to the activity, we will send you by email the SERVICE CONFIRMATION with all the details of the tour and other documents if necessary for the development of the tour.
• If there is a cancellation of the reservation without any justification, a penalty will be applied to the value of the reservation according to the times indicated below:
• Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the deposit will be returned and the client assumes the bank charges generated in the transaction.
• Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days before the start of the trip, will have a penalty of 30% of the total value of the program.
• Cancellations received 14 to 5 days before the start of the trip, will have a penalty of 50% of the total value of the program.
• Cancellations received 5 days prior to the trip and no-shows at the beginning of the program will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total value of the program.
  
  Note: In case of non-use of the service for justified cause (death, hospitalization, accident duly certified) 80% of the money paid will be refunded.

• ESCUELA AVES DE SALENTO is subject to Law 300 where it reserves the right to evaluate reasons of force majeure for non-participation in the reserved and/or contracted activity. As well as the circumstances that may give rise to a request for a refund.
