the biochemical evolution
Chemical evolution is an evolution based on chemical, non-biological processes that include changing simple inorganic compounds for complex organic compounds.
what is biochemical evolution ?
- The theory was proposed by A.I. Oparin and J.B.S Haldane in 1924, in opposition to the theory of spontaneous generation. It is based on the premises of Charles Darwin and Friedrich Engels.
- It is still unknown how chemical evolution gave rise to biological evolution, although various theories are being considered.
