What is a water issue ?

• 71% of the surface of the planet is covered by water

• all the problems that affect the oceans
• problematics linked to what live in oceans

Overfishing

• causes : no rules about fishing, illegal fishing, increase of food needs
• consequences : destruction of the ecosystem, lower quality of fishes, pollution by oil and chemical spills
• solutions : create more protected marine areas, make smart consumers choices, stop fishing with nets

Plastic pollution in the sea

• causes: the use of plastic in our everyday life.
• consecuences: eating 5g of microplastic per week, increasing amount of plastic in the ecosystem
• sollutions: microflotation.

Pollution of water

• causes: human are responsible
• consequences: threatening the people and ecology, health crisis
• solutions: water filters, water desalination
