don't forget to add -s when you are talking in 3rd person singular (he/she/it)

Since you are using the auxiliar DID in the negative and interrogative structures, you will always use the infinitive after it!

(+) S + [ VERB(-)ED / IRREGULAR VERB ] ... Yesterday, you played paddle tennis. Last Wednesday, they won the contest. (-) S + DIDN'T + VERB ... Yesterday, you didn't play paddle tennis. Last Wednesday, they didn't win the contest. (?) DID + S + VERB ... Did you play paddle tennis yesterday? Did they win the contest last Wednesday?
