This is the default view of your Landlord Panel. You can access to all the sections from the left panel.

Listings

In the listings section you will find all the properties listings you have created and the details of the rooms in each of them. You will be able to create new listings and edit/remove the existing ones.

You can edit any of the details you currently have for your property.

In the top section you will find all the Booking Requests that are pending your response. Click on 'View All' to see the full list.

You will see a list of all the bookings that you accepted with the details: dates, tenant information and the amount you will receive for the Spotahome payment.

A detail of the dates, duration and value of the contract.


Details of the tenant profile. If he/she left a message, it will be displayed here as well.


After acceptance you will receive a confirmation. In case you bank account details are missing, you will be asked to complete them so we can issue the payment for this booking once the tenant moves in.




If you wish to modify the conditions of the booking, indicate here what you'd like to change so the tenant is notified. Keep in mind that by doing this, you increase the chances of loosing the booking.


Select the reason why you are rejecting this booking request. Remember that rejecting or not responding to booking requests may reduce the visibility of your property on our platform.

You can edit the conditions of the ongoing offers, or you can delete them.


Create a new offer indicating which is the minimum and maximum stay to be able to qualify for the discount, and the percentage.



In this section you will be able to create or see all the current discounts you have available for tenants.

Encourage longer stays by offering tenants a discount based on their length of stay. All discounts will be applied as a % off the monthly rental price.

Favorites and views of your property/properties for different periods of time.

When hovering over a specific date, you will find some advices to improve the performance of your listing.


You can see the statistics of a specific property by selecting it from the dropdown.

In this section you will find performance metrics of all your listings. You can also access to the rent calculator to obtain a price suggestion based on the location and rental type.

We will indicate our recommended rent price based on other properties similar to yours. listed in Spotahome that received bookings.


Indicate the city, neighbourhood and how you want to rent your property to obtain a pricing recommendation.
