Individual behaviours are among the building blocks of organizational culture. We must therefore aim to change key behaviours in the UN system, just as we must work to change associated mindsets and attitudes.

Evaluations
Literally one of the best organised, interactive and encompassing training courses I have taken and would recommend to all.
I liked the webinars, the readings, the conferences, the patience and discipline of the organisers. I also liked the flexibility shown in the organisation of the course, especially the ability to have the recordings and view them afterward.
This learning programme set the bar quite high for future UN trainings.

Testimonials
Dr Arun Kumar, WHOIndia
This is an excellent training program on leadership skills. The six weeks period passes like a fairytale. An offline mode can be more appropriate since routine office work affects the online learning.
