TWO SPANISH STUDENTS EMBARK ON AN ITALIAN ADVENTURE

+infoOn the 8th of October, Lidia and Teresa, students from IES Los Cerros, travelled to Crotone to develop the long stay mobility and learn by carrying out new teaching methodologies.

In today's newspaper...

" On October 11th, the students of the Liceo Scientifico Filolao welcome the students"

They toured the school, introduced themselves to teachers and classmates. Finally, they tasted typical regional sweets.

Sleepovers and a lots of nap:

On the other hand, one of the things Lidia and Teresa shared with the host family was the typical Spanish nap.

Visit the Crotone promenade:

The girls, accompanied by their host family, went for a stroll along the wonderful promenade. There were plenty of nicely decorated restaurants.

A SUNNY DAY AT LE CASTELLA:

On October 17th, they visited Le Castella. A small seaside village with a lovely beach and lots of wildlife.

Host grandparents

As in all families, it is necessary to eat at the grandparents' house at least once a week. This is how, Lidia and Teresa met Teresa.

Dances in family

The two girls spent a great evening learning how to dance with their host mother.

Besides, we gave out sweets to the children and lots of other funny things.

At first sight, still many memories come to mind of us, due to that magical day.

We decorated the house, we dressed up and moreover we cooked typical food for the day, such as, roasted chestnuts.
