In conclution the industrial robots are a invention of the mechatronics and nowadays they are very important in the industry.

Later new robots was adapt to new technologies and that's why today exist many kinds of industrial robots that it can do more things that Unimate. For example, exist industrial robots that it can take things and move of a place to another and change of function like painting, welding, take tools for more functions. Some current industial robots are the robots EPSON.

Unimate. The first one industrial robot

Industrial robots have been an important topic in the world. They have caused a great development in the industry since first one robot was created. Robot Unimate was the first one industrial robot in the world and it consist in a simple arm that it can move objects of one place to another place and weld elements of a vehicle. Unimate was created by George Devol, a pioner into the robotic industry. Devol had as reason for create this robot the security of the people in the work.
