Prophet Muhammad SAW, was born in Makkah on 570. His SAW name derives from the Arabic word, 'Hamada' which means "To praise, to glorify"

On 575, Prophet Muhammad SAW's mother, Amina RA, passed away when he was 6 years old. He then came in the protection of his grandfather, Abdul Muttalib RA and then his uncle, Abu Talib.

In 595, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) married Khadija (RA), around the age of 25, Khadija (RA) was 40 years old. Khadija (RA) married him because of his good character. She (RA) was a very wealthy business woman, and they had 6 children.

On 610, During the month of Ramadan, the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet (SAW) by Allah (SWT) It came down by the Angel Jibraeel (AS)

After a long time of trying to spread his (SAW)'s message, The Prophet (SAW) and the muslims decided to emigrate to Yathrib, which was soon to be named Medina. One of the most sacred mosques in Islam was [later] built there, known as Masjid An Nabawi

The Three Major Battles in Islam that happened between the Muslims and the Meccans, are 624 The Battle of Badr (victory), 625 the Battle of Uhud (defeat), and 627 the Battle of the Trench (victory).

In 610, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) took his message revealed to him by Allah (SWT), The Quran, to the public. This was the beginning of his journey as a Prophet.

In 630, Makkah was conquered by the Muslims along with all the tribes. This was a very big victory, and it was huge step forward in the spreading of Islam in the Arabian Peninsula. Makkah is also one of the most sacred cities in Islam.

Islam was easily spread out through the Arabian Peninsula after Makkah was conquered. Several people came from far lands to become Muslims, and around this time paper had also been invented, and Muslims were then able to copy the Quran onto paper.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) returned to Makkah to perform pilgrimage, or Hajj (in Arabic).

After the Three Battles, both sides decided to sign a treaty making the Muslims a new force. In which Mecca gave political and religious recognition to the growing community of Muslims in Medina. A year later, the Meccan Allies breached this treaty.

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) orders the first raid into Christian lands at Muta where they are defeated. In the year 628 the Prophet Muhammed set out on a journey with 1400 of his followers. This was the first pilgrimage in Islam, and would re-establish the religious traditions of the Prophet Ibrahim

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) died a noble death, giving a final speech to the Muslims before he passed away. He died of a brief illness, and passed away around the age of 62, and was buried in Masjid An Nabawi, in Madina, which one of the most sacred mosques in Islam.
