The first thing I can see on this picture is the VR headset and the contrast of colours. The left side is composed/made of brownish, greyish shades because the environment seems polluted. I can see compact buildings, packed together, as a result the neighborhood seems / may be poor and dull. I think it conveys a feeling of sadness and boredom and represents the real world : reality The right side of the picture has blue and purple tones. There are fantastic characters and robots holding weapons in the background. There is a huge dome shielding a city. I believe it looks futuristic and not natural. Maybe they are in a video game.

This video presents two characters : a hostess and a man called William who is a visitor. The hostess asks him personal questions, mostly about his health.
